Dear Physical Educators,

My name is Rachel Rainho, and I am a graduate student at Endicott College in Beverly,Massachusetts.

I am inviting you to participate in a research project to study physical education programs in Massachusetts. Along with this letter is a link to a short questionnaire that asks a variety of questions about Physical Education. I am asking you to look over the questionnaire, and if you choose to do so, complete it. You are free to withdraw at any time. It should take you about 5-10 mins to complete.

The results of this project will be used for a graduate school thesis project at Endicott College. Through your participation I hope to understand physical education programs in the state. I hope that the results of the survey will be useful for getting proper training for physical education teachers.
