82nd Annual Convention!
Dear Exhibitor and Prospective Sponsor,
As we celebrate our 82nd year, MAHPERD cordially invites you to exhibit your products and services to approximately 1100 professional members on Monday and Tuesday, November 7 & 8, 2011 at our Annual State Convention themed, “Move to Improve!” which will be hosted at the Worcester DCU Center in Worcester, MA.
The MAHPERD Annual Convention offers interested companies and organizations the unique opportunity to interact with the state leaders and professionals in the health, physical education, sport, recreation, outdoor pursuits and dance disciplines.
The Massachusetts AHPERD has the booths/tables directly outside session rooms so traffic for vendors is extremely high during this event and many vendors have complimented this strategy.
Below is a price list of booth/table spaces. Prices have not changed in these economic times making it affordable for all concerned.
Booth Pricing:
Individual 10’ X 10’ (or multiple) booths are available.
Single booth: $460.00
Double booth: $715.00
Triple booth: $890.00
Non-profit: $310.00
Individual 8’ tables only (Table space is limited!):
For Profit: $310.00
Non-profit: $205.00
Exhibit presentations:
Companies can secure a session at the cost of $200.00/hr (For Profit) and $100.00 (Non-Profit) at the discretion of the MAHPERD Board. Guidelines are:
- for further relevant information regarding HPERD professions.
- for key source material for the HPERD professions.
- for useful practical information within the allied fields
- products and/or services that promote the health, safety and fitness of all persons as well as reflecting MAHPERD’s mission statement.

If you wish to have your flier/brochure in each participant packet the fee is $350.00
Checks can be made out to MAHPERD and sent to Maria Melchionda at the address
provided on the exhibit order form.
